Why Use MCS?

The NCCA and Woolsafe organisations are the most prestigious associations in the carpet cleaning industry today, the NCCA is recognised as the governing body by insurance companys, government, media and general public as the authoritive voice in carpet and fabric cleaning. Members have to attend the NCCA training course in carpet and fabric cleaning followed by an exam. If the applicant passes the exam, they would be expected to provide proof of public liability and "treatment risk" insurance before being considered for membership.

To become a Woolsafe member, applicants must be fully qualified in all carpet cleaning techniques, been continuously in business for 5 years or more, belong to a recognised trading association such as the NCCA, pass the Woolsafe training and rigorous exit exam, have proof of diplomas, insurances and prove that they use Woolsafe approved products where wool is a factor. These organisations are set up to protect you the public from unqualified carpet cleaners who give our industry a bad name.
